DeNami Color Challenge #11: By Deanna

DeNami Color Challenge #11.  Isn't this an absolutely gorgeous fall color combo?  We haven't quite officially hit fall yet here in Vegas. Still in the 90's during the day.  Lots of flip flop wearing ... but don't be too jealous.... we have to pay the power bill for the AC to run!

I love using this autumn stamp set to create fun background papers.  Super easy to stamp in black ink and add some color using markers. Quick and easy!  I added in a few elegant floral leaf sprigs to fill in the empty space.  Happy Thanksgiving sentiment in Sepia Versafine ink onto Kraft cardstock. I added some big brown buttons and twine.  Mounted it all onto an orange die cut shape that I stamped using the basic borders set.  I roughed and inked up the edge of the cream cardstock and mounted it onto a green cardbase.

In case you need your chickie fix for the day ----
I found this older card --- works for the color challenge too!
Hoping you are inspired by the colors -- join in on the fun!!

DeNami Color Challenge #10

Welcome to the DeNami Color Challenge -- colors chosen by me.  Hope you like them!
Black -Yellow - White - Grey
Hope you have a chance to make something-  excited to see what creations are made with these fun colors!

I had the yellow frame laying on my craft table... so that was my starting point of the card.  I wanted to stamp a pretty black background, but it was missing something so I went back and added some grey stamping too.  Perfect general neutral card for an Anniversary.  My 12th Anniversary is in a few days, so this card is perfect for my hubby!
Supplies:
Ink: Versafine Black and Smoky Grey.
Cardstock: White, Black Yellow & Silver
Misc: Twine, Yellow Die Cut shape made with Silhouette.

DeNami Color Challenge #9 - by Emily

Emily did a great job choosing some pretty spring colors for this Color Challenge.  As usual, the hardest part is choosing what DeNami stamp to use!  I chose this pretty Elegant Floral Arch and layered it over the scalloped oval stamp with the new thinking of you stamped on the inside.  I love how I can see exactly where I am stamping with the new cling stamps.  The elegant leaf sprig is stamped on the celery cardstock. Added some Extra fine glitter to the flowers and outside of the scalloped oval.  DeNami 5/8 pink grosgrain ribbon.  I hope you get a chance to join us in this Fabulous Color Challenge!!  You have the chance to win a DeNami Gift Certificate, and be chosen as a Fab 3!

DeNami Color Challenge #8

Color Challenge time at the DeNami Blog.
You have until Oct. 24th to participate. Use the colors in the swatch, along with 1 DeNami stamp. Link your creation up on the DeNami Blog and you will have a chance to win a $20 DeNami Gift Certificate!!

This color combo was fairly challenging for me.  I love making fall cards, so that helped a bit. I inked up about 2/3 of the polka dot background stamp and stamped on the lime cardstock.   4 little squares were a perfect match for this cute little Thanksgiving set.  Colored them real quick (had to get grey in there somehow!) added a bow... done. Perfect little card for anyone.

Supplies:
Stamps: Thanksgiving Chicks Stamp Set, Polka Dot Background
Cardstock: Cream, Lime, Chocolate,
Ink: Versafine Sepia
Misc. 3/8 Orange Ribbon, Scalloped Square Nesties.

DeNami Color Challenge #6 - Lisa

DeNami Color Challenge by Lisa.
Lisa chose some fun colors for the color challenge - Lime -Navy -White. I think the navy and white just spoke "nautical" to me, so I grabbed the nautical stamp set and made a masculine card.  Masculine cards are always harder for me, I still sneaked some rhinestones on it, whoops.
3 colors --- endless possibilities --- show us what you got!  Link your project to the DeNami Blog.

Cardstock: Lime, Navy, White
Misc: Rhinestones, Navy 5/8 ribbon, white embossing powder, heat gun, pti die, SU corner ticket punch.

DeNami Color Challenge

Color Challenge Time at the DeNami Blog ---so many pretty creations made by the design team, go check it out!!  Jo Chose some AWESOME Colors to work with -- so my card came together quite quickly.  I instantly thought to use a tree and leaves with these colors, but I wanted to do something different.  I chose the Cherry Blossom Floral Stamp and loved how it turned out. I added a touch of color with the Elegant Floral Leaf Sprig around the cherry blossom.  I normally am not late sending out birthday cards, but the sentiment fit perfectly into the frame I stamped.  I used the quickie glue pen to add some gorgeous gold glitter.  The DeNami gold glitter is gorgeous --- so many colors make it sparkle - I tried a close up shot so you can see it sparkle below.
There are buttons, glitter & Quickie Glue Pen for the prize --- use these gorgeous colors and submit your creation over at the DeNami Blog.
Supplies Used:
DeNami Stamps: Cherry Blossom, Elegant Floral Leaf SprigBelated Birthday, Double Line Square.
Cardstock: Cream, Tangerine, Olive
Ink: Versafine Sepia, Versafine Toffee

DeNami Color Challenge #3- Laurie

DeNami Color Challenge #3 - by Laurie.  This color challenge was a tough one for me.  For some reason I just have a hard time putting red and pink together.  I think my card finally turned out okay, but this was a challenge for sure!! I'm excited to see what other people can do with these colors, and make it look so easy!  $25 DeNami Gift Certificate is up for grabs... so get inky!  Notice the lady bug on the center of the bow?  That is a pink button with a ladybug circle.  Looks like a cute little brad.  One of my new "fads" is finding small stamps I can fit onto a button.

DeNami Supplies:
Stamps: Bitty Bugs, Grass out of the Easter Set, wavy stem trio.
Cardstock: Red, Lime, Strawberry Freeze, and Cream
Ink: Versafine Black, Lime
Misc: Red Buttons, Bubblegum Buttons, 5/8 Red Grosgrain Ribbon, Quickie Glue Pen, Extra Fine Glitter, Tombow Markers
