Embellish Color Trends: Rainbow Challenge

DeNami is sponsoring the Embellish Challenge --- Rainbow Colors!
The winner will receive a $25 DeNami Gift Certificate!

I originally wanted to use the DeNami Rainbow stamp, but I was hesitant that other DT members may use the same stamp. I wanted to do something different. I've seen this technique used before, but have never tried it myself.  SO fun to make my own glitter strips into a sparkly rainbow.  I used red line/score tape - 1 at a time and sprinkled with glitter.  5 different DeNami glitter colors.  Topped it off with the pretty congratulations saying and a few rhinestones.

DeNami Product Spotlight: Sparklers

With 4th of July right around the corner ---- it's a perfect time to spotlight this pretty stamp.
Sparklers is 10% off for one week at DeNami Design.
Make sure you visit the DeNami Blog to see more cards using this fun stamp.

I wanted to have Colorful and Sparkly Sparklers.  I stamped the image in black across my white cardstock.  I went back with a quickie glue pen and 5 different colors of glitter.  Added a rhinestone to the center of each sparkler to really make them shine.  I used the small starburst stamp to create a bit of texture on the red cardstock.

DeNami Fabulous Frames Blog Hop

Welcome to the 1st stop on the DeNami Fabulous Frames Blog Hop. I can't wait to hop along.... make sure you  leave a comment on every blog- you have a chance to win a DeNami gift certificate.
I chose to use the Medium Double Line Square stamp to make some background paper and as a focal point.  I used a Silver Pad and embossed the image. I used a marker to fill in the square image and accent the doves.  Not normally a color combo I use, but I thought it worked well with the silver frames.
Your next stop on the hop is Karen Baker.

Supplies:
Stamps: Dove, Med. Double Line Square, Three Line Border.
Cardstock: Emerald, Charcoal, Pearl
Misc: Silver Encore, Rhinestones, Silver EP, Quickie Glue Pen, Extra Fine Glitter, 5/8 Blue Ribbon, Markers.

I wanted the Father image to be the focal point of my card, so I kept it pretty simple. The leafy vine was stamped in sepia onto the blue cardstock and then I used a blue marker to add a little dimension. Quick & Simple.

Stamps: Father, Leafy Vine
Ink: Sepia Versafine
Cardstock: Cream, Sky Blue, Chocolate

Wee Memories Challenge: Free For All!

This is also a BLOG HOP.  You are at the end of the hop... but you can start here if you need to.

Sponsored by Amber Ink.

I know it's not Halloween, or even close... but I fell in love with these cute little images.
I used: Bat Kid,  Mummy's Boy, and  Little Witchy.  I picked up this patterned paper in the Target $1 spot a few years ago.  It was already die cute into fun shapes, so I just added a few elements here and there.  Strung onto some spidery looking yarn to make a banner.
