Happy Thanksgiving = DeNami Style

Wee Memories Challenge #23 is to use 2 of the following: Orange - Twine - Scallops. I managed to incorporate all 3 onto this card.  I ordered some baking twine from etsy - but it hasn't arrived yet, so I tied a little twine onto my Sand Button. Yesterday was the 1st day of fall - and it's still HOT in Vegas - so I thought it would be fun to act like it is fall here... so Happy Thanksgiving!  I used all of my DeNami goodies for this card.  I just kept stamping until my background paper looked complete. Love how all of these stamps go together.  Ann noticed that my card works perfect for the Everything But the Kitchen Sink Challenge this week - thanks Ann!!

OTWC Challenge #25

Off the Wall Craftiness Challenge #25.  Kim's Challenge was exactly the colors I was planning on using for these invitations.  My best friend requested Birthday Invitations similar to the birthday card I sent her daughter last year for her 2nd birthday.  London will be turning 3 on Halloween.  Grey - Light Pink - Hot Pink challenge colors.   Simple standard card -- with some glitter & bling for a fun little girl.  All supplies from PTI... including the charcoal paper that looks black in my picture.

DeNami Sketch Challenge

Sherri provided the DT a super fun sketch on the DeNami blog.  Please play along with us - you have the chance to win a prize!  I think buttons were the perfect accent to the birthday cake stamp I chose for my focal image. I used the polka dot background stamp and lime ink to create the polka dot paper.  Fun ribbon strips add texture and more color to this birthday card. Perfect card for any age -love that!

2 Sketches 4 You #61 & Color Cue #8 Challenge

Two challenges -I flipped the sketch on the side from Kazan at 2 Sketches 4 You, and the Color Cue #8 Challenge from W Plus 9 Blog.
I wouldn't say I'm a fast stamper by any means, but fairly quick most of the time.  This card took me ALL Day from start to finish.  5 minutes here, 1 minute here, rediculous!  Maybe next time I should do 1 challenge at a time, I think I tried TOO hard on this one.  I love the sketch and color combo though.  I used PTI Polka Dot Background to create the yellow dot paper, I used Wplus9 stamps- Woodgrain Silhouettes & Additions for the flower & leaf image. Love the wrinkle ribbon look - so easy to tie a bow & add some fun texture.

DeNami Cuddly Critters BLOG HOP!!

So excited for the DeNami Cuddly Critters Blog Hop!! Hopefully you've arrived from Lisa Patrella's blog.  If not - you can visit the DeNami blog to get started so you don't miss any blogs!  You will want to leave comments on EVERY blog for the chance to win a $20 Gift Certificate -- 2 of them are up for grabs!
I used some Basic Grey Paper for the background paper and was the inspiration for my color combo.  These Happy "Bird" Day Chickies are adorable... so easy to use ONE stamp to make a fabulous card.  I really wanted to showcase how easy it is to use one stamp, some paper, and accessories to make a simple and fun card.  The rhinestones and glitter add some bling and really draw your eye to this super cute stamps.  Thanks for stopping by my blog ---- your next stop is Anne Harada.

FTL107 and Wee Memories Challenge #22

Two Challenges for this card: Wee Memories Challenge #22 - Fall into Autumn and the sketch from Clean & Simple FTL107.  The sketch had a tree on it, so I couldn't get that idea out of my head. I didn't have room for a sentiment though, I'll have to put one on the inside. I love these DeNami trees, so fun to add a little glitter to them. No coloring, but LOTS Of bling.  I just noticed... the middle tree is on SALE right now- so grab it if you love it!
Stamps: Round Leafy Tree, Narrow Leafy Tree, and Leafy Topiary.
Glitter: Gold, Gamma Green & Desert Orange.

OTWC Challenge #24

I made 3 cards this morning for different challenges - this is by far my favorite... and it hardly has any layers, and quickest to make. Go figure. OTWC Challenge #24 inspiration photo is above - the colors are Coral, White and Navy.  I used the WPlus9 stamp set Magical Moments along with the PTI fillable frame #7.  Quickie Glue Pen & DeNami Extra fine glitter adds some bling to it!  Thanks for the fun color combo Kim, nothing I would have put together on my own!!

2 Sketches 4 You #60 - Birthday Penguin

2 Sketches 4 You - Laura's Sketch #60 is the sketch I used for this card.  This is another pre-stamped circle I found yesterday while purging out my craft clutter.  I thought it would be perfect to use for this sketch, and I was so excited when I found this Basic Grey balloon paper that matched.  I added a touch of PTI ink grosgrain ribbon and a button to add some texture.  Crystal Lacquer on the balloon the penguin is holding.
DeNami stamps used: Polka dot backgroundpenguin with balloonmedium birthday circle, medium double circle.

Papertrey Paper Dolls Challenge #21 -Autumn

Autumn doesn't arrive in Vegas for awhile - so it was fun to make this card while enjoying the AC running in my house.  The 21st Papertrey Paper Dolls Challenge is to make a fall themed card.  I found this autumn abundance vase on my desk when I was cleaning yesterday - already colored and ready to go.  This card is for my grandpa's birthday in November.  I feel like my masculine cards are always boring, so I tried to add a bit of texture with some DeNami Sand buttons.  I was temped to add rhinestones and ribbon!

DeNami COLOR CHALLENGE

Fun, Fun, Color Combo for the DeNami Color Challenge.  Hot Pink - Black - White !!!  Thanks to Michele for choosing such great colors to work with.  The Color Challenge winner will receive DeNami Halloween stamps & buttons!!
I used the solid decorative crest to stamp my bright background paper. The small birthday blessings sentiment is so pretty - I thought it would be perfect to use as the focal point of my card. I'm still loving the glitter ribbon - I used the grosgrain ribbon for a base & topped it off with the glittered ribbon.  Matching Rhinestones add just enough bling.  Finished card is 5x5.
Supplies:
Stamps: Solid Decorative Crest, birthday blessings
Ink: Black Versafine
Cardstock: Magenta, Black, White
Misc: Black 5/8 Grosgrain, Black Glitter Ribbon, Black & Hot Pink Rhinestones.
